AI Hack Night - Let’s build AI Agents

5:00 PM — Doors Open
Come in, grab a drink, meet new people, and get ready to build.

6:00 PM – 8:00 PM — Build Time
This is the main building session. Feel free to experiment, collaborate, and move fast.

During the build time, judges will casually walk around the venue and stop by each team’s table. You can share what you’re building, your idea, and how it works — no pressure, just a conversation.

Pitch Time
After the walk-around judging, the judges will select the top 5 teams.
Each selected team will give a 3-minute pitch on stage to share their project with everyone.

• This event is open to everyone — engineers, designers, PMs, founders, students, and curious builders.

• You can join solo or as a team.

• Teams can be formed before the event or on the spot.

• Beginners are very welcome — this is a learning-friendly event.

• Please be kind, respectful, and supportive to others.

• Build something small but real during the event — a prototype, demo, or concept is totally fine.

• Projects should be mostly created during the hack night.

• Be ready to explain:

  • What you built

  • Why you built it

  • How it works (technical or non-technical is OK)

• If selected, you’ll pitch on stage in 3 minutes — simple and clear is best.

• Fun prizes will be awarded to standout teams.

• Prizes may include credits, swag, or special sponsor awards.

• Details will be shared at the event — surprise included 🎁

Judges will look for:

• Creativity & Ideas – interesting, original thinking

• Execution – how well the idea was built in a short time

• Use of AI / Tools – thoughtful and practical usage

• Impact – potential usefulness or inspiration

• Story & Demo – how clearly you explain your project

The judges will select 5 teams for the final stage pitch, and winners will be announced after.

17:00 — 開場（Doors Open）
会場にお越しください。ドリンクを手に取り、参加者同士で交流しながら、ビルドの準備をしましょう。

18:00 – 20:00 — ビルドタイム（Build Time）
この時間がメインの開発セッションです。
自由に実験し、コラボレーションしながら、スピード感を持って作ってみてください。

ビルド中は、審査員が会場を回り、各チームのテーブルをカジュアルに訪問します。
何を作っているのか、アイデアや仕組みについて説明してください。
プレッシャーはありません。会話ベースでOKです。

ピッチタイム（Pitch Time）
ウォークアラウンド審査の後、審査員が上位5チームを選出します。
選ばれたチームは、ステージ上で3分間のピッチを行い、プロジェクトを全体に共有します。

• エンジニア、デザイナー、PM、起業家、学生、AIに興味のある方など、どなたでも参加可能です

• 個人参加・チーム参加どちらもOKです

• チームは事前に組んでも、当日その場で組んでも問題ありません

• 初心者の方も大歓迎です。学びを重視したイベントです

• 参加者同士、思いやりを持ち、敬意を持って接してください

（Project and Submission Requirements）

• イベント中に 小さくても実際に動くもの を作ってください
  （プロトタイプ、デモ、コンセプトなどでOK）

• プロジェクトは基本的にハックナイト中に作成してください

• 以下について説明できるようにしてください：

  • 何を作ったのか

  • なぜそれを作ったのか

  • どのように動くのか（技術的・非技術的どちらでもOK）

• 選出された場合、3分間のステージピッチを行います
  シンプルで分かりやすい説明を心がけてください

• 特に印象的なチームに楽しい賞を用意しています

• クレジット、スワッグ、スポンサー特別賞などが含まれる可能性があります

• 詳細はイベント当日に発表します（サプライズあり 🎁）

審査では、以下のポイントを重視します：

• アイデア・創造性：ユニークで面白い発想か

• 実装力：短時間でどこまで形にできたか

• AI・ツールの活用：AIやツールをうまく使えているか

• インパクト：実用性やインスピレーションがあるか

• ストーリー・デモ：説明やデモが分かりやすいか

審査員が上位5チームを選出し、
最終ピッチ後に受賞チームを発表します。
